About Barne

Founded in September 2024 in Stockholm, Barne Stockholm creates unique and handcrafted pieces. Starting with slippers, Barne now also offers weekend bags and belts. Each piece is carefully handmade in a central Istanbul workshop using repurposed Kilim rugs, giving new life to materials rich in history and craftsmanship.

No two pieces are alike. Every item is cut from a different section of the rug, resulting in a one of a kind piece. From cozy pajamas to elegant smoking jackets, Barne is the perfect choice.

Barne Stockholm has been featured in publications such as Plaza Uomo, Habit and Lohi Journal. Since recently, Barne is available at Ett Hem and at Grand Affections at Grand Hôtel in Stockholm.
